For one of our international clients located in Apeldoorn, we are actively looking for an Online Payment Analyst with excellent Dutch and English language skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for transactions in relation to online payments. At the same time you will maintain a high level of communication with customers regarding authenticity and queries regarding online transactions.
Responsible for all the transaction in regards to online payments
Perform fraud reviews for credit card transactions
Responsible for keeping the ledger accounts up to date
Follow up on internal e mails. Communicate, explain and answer questions from customers and advise and support other corporate departments
Follow up on chargebacks
Contacts internal Client management, Business desk and Call Centre
Contacts external End user Customers, PayPal and Credit Card company
Any other duties as assigned by management
Authorised to stop any process producing defects
Authorised to provide change proposals to supervisor manager.
